Izetov Riza Mustafaevich, born January 24, 1979, human rights activist, civil journalist of "Crimean Solidarity". He has three children.

On charges of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Organisation of the activities of a terrorist organisation"), Part 1 of Article 30 and Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power"), he was sentenced to 19 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony with the first 5 years to be served in prison, and the rest in a strict regime penal colony, with a term restriction of 1.5 years after release.

In custody since March 27, 2019.
