Karepov Andrei Vadimovich, born on May 26, 1972, lived in Khabarovsk, in recent years — in Moscow, has a higher legal education, is married, has two children, one of whom is a minor. On February 10, 2023, he was sentenced under paragraphs "a", "g", "z", "k" of Part 2 of Article 105 ("Murder of two persons committed by an organized group, for hire, in order to conceal another crime"), Part 3 of Article 30, paragraphs "g", "z" of Part 2 of Article 105 ("Attempted murder committed by an organized group, for hire") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 21 years in a strict regime. Found guilty under Part 3 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal acquisition, storage of weapons, ammunition, explosive devices committed by an organized group"), released from punishment due to the expiration of the statute of limitations for criminal prosecution.
