Kyselova Zhanna Ivanivna, born March 1, 1969, is a resident of the Kherson region. A Ukrainian citizen, she is a journalist and the editor of the Kakhovka Zarya district newspaper for many years. In 2020, she was elected to the Kakhovka City Council. In September 2022, Russian security forces kidnapped her and held her "in a basement" for nearly a month. On June 27, 2024, she was kidnapped again. The grounds for her detention are unknown.
