Komandirov Sergei Eduardovich, born July 5, 1995, resident of Smolensk, civil and political activist. On July 28, 2022, he was sentenced to 6 years and 6 months in a general regime penal colony for three episodes under Part 2 of Article 205.2 ("Public calls for terrorist activity or justification of terrorism on the Internet"), paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 282 ("Incitement to hatred towards a social group on the Internet with the threat of violence"), Part 4 of Article 354.1 ("Dissemination of information expressing obvious disrespect for society about the days of military glory of Russia on the Internet") and Article 319 ("Insulting a government official") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Deprived of liberty since October 5, 2021.
