Kozlovsky Andrei Vladimirovich, born June 12, 1998, citizen of Belarus (presumably), resident of Moscow, has a higher education, graduate of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

On November 18, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 214 ("Vandalism committed by a group of persons") and paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 243.4 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Destruction of or damage to memorial structures perpetuating the memory of those killed in the defence of the Fatherland or its interests, committed by a group of persons") to 3 years in a penal colony. On July 8, 2026, the Moscow City Court reduced the sentence in an appeal to 2 years in a penal colony, excluding the charge of vandalism. 

Deprived of liberty since March 13, 2024.
