Kozmenko Ruslan Oleksandrovych, born on 18 November 1969, a Ukrainian citizen and resident of Kharkiv and Lysychansk, and a former serviceman of the 24th Separate Assault Battalion Aidar of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
