Kudayev Rasul Vladimirovich, born January 23, 1978 in the village of Zarechny, Prokhladnensky district, Kabardino-Balkaria, lived in the village of Khasanya, city of Nalchik.
He was sentenced by the Supreme Court of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic to life imprisonment in a special regime penal colony on charges of crimes provided for by paragraphs "a", "e", "g", "z" of Part 2 of Article 105 ("Murder of two or more persons in a generally dangerous manner, by an organised group, for mercenary motives, coupled with banditry"); Part 4 of Article 166 ("Illegal seizure of cars without the purpose of theft, committed by an organised group, with the use of violence dangerous to life and health, as well as with the threat of using such violence"); Part 3 of Article 205 ("A terrorist act with the use of firearms, committed by an organised group, which entailed other grave consequences"); Part 2 of Article. 209 ("Participation in a gang created for the purpose of attacking citizens and organisations, and in attacks committed by it"); Part 2 of Art. 210 ("Participation in a criminal organisation"); Part 3 of Art. 222 ("Illegal acquisition, transfer, storage, transportation and carrying of firearms, their main parts, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices, committed by an organised group"); Part 3 of Art. 30, subparagraphs "a" and "b" of Part 4 of Art. 226 ("Attempted theft of firearms and ammunition, committed by an organised group, with the use of violence dangerous to life and health, as well as with the threat of using such violence"); subparagraphs "a" and "b" of Part 4 of Art. 226 ("Theft of firearms and ammunition, committed by an organised group, with the use of violence dangerous to life and health, as well as with the threat of using such violence"); Art. 279 ("Active participation in an armed rebellion with the aim of violently changing the constitutional order of the Russian Federation, violating the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation"); Art. 317 ("Encroachment on the lives of law enforcement officers, military personnel") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation On December 23, 2014.
He has been in custody since October 23, 2005 in connection with his alleged participation in the attack on Nalchik on October 13, 2005.
