Kudenkov Radislav Maratovich
Kaluga resident Radislav Kudenkov was arrested in early June 2024 and sent to pretrial detention. He was found guilty of committing terrorist acts and treason for three arson attacks on cell phone towers. According to the prosecution, he corresponded with a representative of the Ukrainian special services for financial gain, acted on their instructions, and recruited two of his acquaintances, minors Ruslan Valiulin and Sergey Maksimov, to commit the arson attacks. The court sentenced the 20-year-old to 21 years in a maximum-security penal colony.
