Lagutin Nikolay Nikolaevich, born February 14, 2001, most likely a citizen of Ukraine, since March 18, 2014 a citizen of Russia, a resident of the Crimean city of Belogorsk, a student.

On June 16, 2023, under Part 1 of Article 205.2 ("Public calls to commit terrorist activities, public justification and propaganda of terrorism"), Part 1 of Article 30, subparagraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 ("Preparation for a terrorist act by a group of persons by prior conspiracy"), Part 2 of Article 222 ("Illegal possession of firearms and ammunition therefor by a group of persons by prior conspiracy", as amended by the Criminal Code of 2014), Part 2 of Article 222.1 ("Illegal possession of explosives and explosive devices by a group of persons by prior conspiracy"), Part 2 of Article. 223.1 ("Illegal manufacture of explosive devices by a group of persons by prior conspiracy") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, sentenced to 7 years in a strict regime penal colony with the first 4 years to be served in prison with a fine of 250 000 roubles (~€2590) and 1 year of restricted freedom after release.
