Ledkov Valery Konstantinovich, born June 24, 1965, resident of the city of Khanty-Mansiysk, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, specialist in the folklore of the Ob-Ugric peoples. On July 30, 2025, Valery Ledkov was sentenced under Part 1 of Article 282.3 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Financing of Extremist Activity") to a fine of 120,000 rubles. On September 18, the court increased his sentence on appeal, sentencing Ledkov to 3 years in a general regime penal colony. From December 28, 2024, until his sentencing, he was under house arrest. On September 18, 2025, he was taken into custody.
