Liubas Oleksandr Volodimirovich, born on September 19, 1977, resident of the village of Ivanychivsky, Volyn region of Ukraine, citizen of Ukraine, worked as a security guard before the full-scale war, then became a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
On September 3, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 3 of Art. 30, paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Art. 205 ("Attempted terrorist act by an organised group"), Art. 205.3 ("Undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities"), Part 4 of Art. 222 ("Illegal transportation of firearms and ammunition by an organised group"), Part 3 of Art. 226.1 ("Smuggling firearms and ammunition by an organised group") and Part 3 of Art. 322 ("Illegal border crossing by an organised group") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 20 years in a strict regime colony with the first 3 years served in prison.
Deprived of liberty since October 4, 2023.
