Loshakov Sergei Sergeevich, born on November 25, 1987, a citizen of Russia, a resident of Surgut, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District - Yugra. On December 9, 2024, he was sentenced under Art. 275 of the Russian Criminal Code ("High treason - providing financial assistance to a foreign state in activities directed against the security of the Russian Federation") to 9 years of imprisonment in a penal colony with a strict regime and restriction of freedom for a period of 1 hour. Deprivation of liberty no later than September 29, 2023.
