Lysokobylka Dmytro Mykhailovych
Dmytro Lysokobylka is a citizen of Ukraine and a serviceman of the Azov Special Purpose Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine. He was reportedly taken prisoner in the Luhansk region on 15 September 2025.
He is charged under the articles on participation in a terrorist organisation and undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activity. According to the prosecution, in 2025 he voluntarily joined the Azov Brigade by signing a military service contract and 'underwent training during which he acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out terrorist activity.'
