Malakhov Vyacheslav Igorevich, born on June 11, 1985, a native of Luhansk, Ukraine, a Russian citizen who mainly resided in St. Petersburg, is a poet, writer, musician, and blogger, and one of the authors of the VK community “Dorevolyutsionny Sovetchik”. On October 24, 2024, under Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Russian Criminal Code ('Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation', punishable by up to 5 years of imprisonment), he was sentenced to 2 years in a general regime penal colony. He had been deprived of liberty since January 31, 2024. On August 20, 2025, he was released after serving his sentence.
