Markov Oleksandr
Markov Oleksandr, 73 years old at the time of sentencing, resident of the occupied city of Energodar, Zaporizhia region of Ukraine, pensioner. In February 2025, under Art. 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("High Treason"), he was sentenced to 14 years in a strict regime penal colony for transferring money to Ukrainian accounts. He was deprived of liberty from May 8, 2024. On June 26, 2025, he died during transport.
