Markova Elena Eduardovna
Markova Elena Eduardovna, born April 10, 1962, lived in the village of Kratovo, Ramensky District, Moscow Region. She was a pensioner. On May 6, 2023, she was arrested on charges of allegedly participating in the declared terrorist Artpodgotobka (Part 2, Article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code) and preparing a mass launch of balloons with strips of foil attached to them to disrupt the operation of air defense systems during the May 9 parade. In early November 2023, her death was reported, presumably in Moscow's Pretrial Detention Center No. 6.
