Martynyuk Mykola Mikhailovich, born January 23, 1975, citizen of Ukraine, resident of the Luhansk region of Ukraine.
From August 2014 to July 20, 2015, he had served in the mobilisation military service in the 24th separate assault battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "Aidar". On December 5, 2023, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in a terrorist organisation") to 5 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a general regime colony.
Deprived of liberty since April 20, 2022.
