Maslakov Artur Konstantinovich, born July 2, 1983, Moscow, single. Artur has an incomplete secondary education and was unemployed at the time of his arrest.

Sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime penal colony under Part 1 of Article 30, paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 ("Preparation for a terrorist act as part of an organized group"), Part 3 of Article 222 ("Storage of weapons as part of an organized group"), Part 3 of Article 223 ("Manufacture of weapons as part of an organized group"), Part 1 of Article 222 ("Storage of weapons") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. He was in custody from November 27, 2013 to October 2020, when he was released due to health reasons. He was arrested again in August 2021.

Artur is half-blind. The last time he had his eyesight checked in the colony, the indicator showed already -29. Because of his impaired eyesight, Artur is physically unable to follow the colony’s routine, and for violations, he is regularly put in a punishment cell.

On December 19, 2025, he was released after serving his sentence.
