Sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation"), Part 2 of Article 205.2 ("Public calls for terrorist activity, public justification of terrorism or propaganda of terrorism using the Internet") of the Russian Criminal Code to 15 years in a strict regime penal colony.
