Medvedev Filipp Igorevich, born February 12, 1998, resident of Moscow, civil activist, blogger, supporter of the Libertarian Party of Russia.

He was sentenced to 4 years and 2 months in prison for a crime under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public calls for terrorist activity using the Internet", liable to up to 7 years in prison). The appellate court reduced the sentence by 3 months to 3 years and 11 months of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony. He was also previously sentenced to 8 months of correctional labour under Part 1 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional destruction or damage to property").
