Memetshaev Artur Alievich

Memetshaev Artur Alievich, born July 8, 1989, Crimean Tatar, resident of Genichesk, Kherson region of Ukraine. No information on citizenship. Married, father of five minor children. In 2007, he was convicted under Art. 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("Theft") and Art. 187 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("Robbery"). He was released in 2014.

On October 12, 2022, he was sentenced to 6 years and 5 months in a strict regime penal colony with the first year served in prison under Part 2 of Art. 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation on the territory of a foreign state in an armed formation not provided for by the legislation of this state, for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation").

Deprived of liberty since April 11, 2022.
