Mirzosharipov Mirzobarot Mirzoumarovich, born September 2, 1973. Citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan, resident of St. Petersburg. Has a secondary technical education, is not officially employed. No previous convictions ("In the Russian Federation, was convicted and served a sentence from 1998 to 2011 in the Republic of Tajikistan"). Married, has two minor children. Convicted under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation"), sentenced to 6 years of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony; as well as under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Participation in the activities of an extremist organisation"). On November 11, 2019, he was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 205.2 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Public calls for terrorist activity, public justification of terrorism or propaganda of terrorism"). The court sentenced him to 3 years of imprisonment (as a result of partial addition of the unserved portion of the sentence under the previous sentence, a total of 5 years of imprisonment, of which 2 years in prison and 3 in a strict regime penal colony). He was in custody since June 27, 2017. Probably released after serving his sentence. On April 25, 2023, a third sentence was handed down under Part 1 of Article 205.2 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Public calls for terrorist activity, public justification of terrorism or propaganda of terrorism"), punishment unknown. On October 23, 2023, the Military Court of Appeal upheld this sentence.
