Moiseev Nikita Valerievich, born March 26, 1990, lived in the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov Oblast, home appliance repairman. On charges of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Organisation of the activities of a religious organisation that has been decided to be liquidated due to extremist activity) in connection with membership in a community of Jehovah's Witnesses banned in Russia, he was sentenced to 7 years in a general regime penal colony with restriction of freedom for a period of 1 year. He has been in custody since August 8, 2020.
