Morozov Dmitry Andreevich, a resident of Sochi, a contract serviceman, previously took part in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine on Russian side.
On June 28, 2023, he was sentenced to 2 years and 4 months in a penal colony under Part 2.1 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure of a subordinate to comply with an order of a superior given in the prescribed manner, during martial law, in wartime or in conditions of an armed conflict or hostilities, as well as refusal to participate in military or hostilities").
He has been in the penal colony presumably since August 2023.
