Mukhadiev Ismail, 45 years old at the time of his arrest, resident of the village of Serzhen-Yurta in the Chechen Republic.

According to reports from opposition Telegram channels, he was arrested for liking a post that was deemed unacceptable by local security forces; it is unknown whether criminal proceedings were initiated against him.

He was detained on 30 January 2025 and died the following day as a result of torture.
