Murtaza Seyran Kemadinovich, born November 27, 1983, resident of Simferopol, activist who regularly attended political trials in Crimea. He has two children.

On January 11, 2023, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation"), Part 1 of Art. 30 and Art. 278 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power") to 13 years of imprisonment, of which the first 2 years in prison, and the rest in a strict regime colony, with restriction of freedom for 1 year upon release. The appellate court upheld the sentence.

In custody since March 27, 2019.
