Musafirov Aleksei Demyanovich, born on September 27, 1978, a citizen of Ukraine, a resident of the city of Berdyansk, Zaporizhia region. Aleksei is married and has a minor child. He served as a serviceman of the separate special forces detachment "Azov" of the National Guard of Ukraine.
On September 16, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in a terrorist community") and Article 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Training in terrorist activity") to 18 years of imprisonment in a strict regime colony.
He was taken prisoner on May 17, 2022.
