Mustafaev Server Rustemovich, born May 5, 1986, lived in Bakhchisarai, entrepreneur, human rights activist, founder and coordinator of "Crimean Solidarity". He has four young children.

Sentenced to 14 years in a strict regime penal colony under Part 2 of Article 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation", liable to up to 20 years in prison), Part 1 of Article 30 and Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power", liable to up to 10 years in prison).

In custody since May 21, 2018.
