Neustroev Aleksandr Yevgenievich, born on 15 March 1966, resident of Yekaterinburg, construction worker persecuted for making remarks to a boy wearing a hat with the letter Z on it.

On 10 June 2024 he was sentenced under subparagraphs ‘A’, ‘B’ Part 1 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (‘Hooliganism with threat of violence motivated by hatred towards a social group’) to 3 years of penal colony.

In November 2025, it became known that another criminal case had been opened against him under Part 1 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (‘Justification of terrorism,‘ up to 5 years’ imprisonment) due to a conversation with cellmates.

He was deprived of liberty on 10 June 2024.
