Numonchonov Akmalchon Numonchonovich, born February 18, 1981, a citizen of Tajikistan, a member of Hizb-ut-Tahrir al-Islami, lived in Odintsovo, Moscow Oblast, has a secondary education, was not officially employed. Akmalchon is married, has three young children.

Under Part 1 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, he was sentenced to 15 years in a maximum security penal colony.

In custody since October 19, 2015.
