Nurmagomedov Semed Kazimagomedovich, born January 31, 1982, native of the village of Kushtil, Republic of Dagestan. Semed worked as a salesman at a construction market in Odintsovo.
Sentenced to 13 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony and restriction of freedom for 1 year and 7 months after release under Part 1 of Article 30 and paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for a terrorist act by a group of persons by prior conspiracy") and Part 2 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal storage of explosive devices by a group of persons by prior conspiracy").
Found guilty by the verdict of the Moscow District Military Court on March 10, 2016, effectively deprived of freedom since May 7, 2014.
