Onuk Mykola Mykolayovych

Onuk Mykola Mykolayovych, born June 14, 1988, resident of Simferopol in Crimea, citizen of Russia and Ukraine, with higher education. Disabled person of group III, suffers from diabetes. On May 16, 2024, he was sentenced under Art. 329 ("Desecration of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation"), Part 2 of Art. 214 ("Vandalism, that is, desecration of buildings or other structures motivated by political hatred"), Part 1 of Art. 222.1 ("Illegal acquisition, storage, transportation of explosives or explosive devices") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 5 years in a general regime penal colony. Has been in custody since August 1, 2023.
