Pashnina Larisa Alekseevna, born May 5, 1938, resident of the Tyumen region, member of the "Citizens of the USSR" movement. On October 30, 2023, Part 1 of Art. 205.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Assistance to terrorist activity"); Part 2 of Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Justification of terrorism on the Internet"), she was sentenced to imprisonment in a general regime colony, the term of punishment is unknown. She was under house arrest since June 10, 2021. Presumably, she was taken into custody after the verdict was announced.
The inclusion of people in the list of persons subject to criminal prosecution, which most likely contains signs of political motivation and a serious violation of the law, does not mean that they are recognized as political prisoners.
