Peresunko Denis Petrovich

Peresunko Denis Petrovich, born March 11, 1978, lives in Volgograd, disabled. Under Part 1 of Article 282.2 ("Organisation of the activities of an extremist organisation") and Part 1 of Article 282.3 of the Russian Criminal Code (financing of extremist activities) in connection with membership in the community of Jehovah's Witnesses, banned in Russia, he was sentenced to 6 years and 3 months in prison. He was in custody from August 21, 2019 to January 23, 2020, when the Traktorozavodsky District Court of Volgograd chose a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions. On September 23, 2021, he was taken into custody again.
