Petrov Sergei Viktorovich was born on November 16, 1961, a resident of the settlement of Talmenka in Altai Krai. He is charged under Part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Russian Criminal Code (“Participation in the activities of an extremist organization”) in connection with his membership in a community of Jehovah’s Witnesses banned in Russia.

He has been deprived of liberty since February 11, 2026.
