Myroslav Pipash is a citizen of Ukraine and a serviceman of the 12th Special Purpose Brigade “Azov” of the National Guard of Ukraine. He was taken prisoner in Donetsk region on July 20, 2022.
On September 4, 2025, his case was referred to the Southern District Military Court. On October 2, 2025, Judge Andrey Slepukhin found him guilty of undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities and participation in a terrorist community, and sentenced him to 19 years’ imprisonment.
