Plachkov Oleh Yuriiovych
Oleh Plachkov is a citizen of Ukraine, a resident of Melitopol and an entrepreneur. On the night of 25–26 September 2023, Russian security forces came to Plachkov's home and detained him and his wife, Tetiana Plachkova.
Tetiana Plachkova was charged with espionage.
For five months, the couple's relatives had no information about their whereabouts. In February 2024, the Plachkovs' daughter learned that her mother was in a coma in the intensive care unit of a hospital in Melitopol.
Tetiana Plachkova died on 23 May 2024.
Oleh Plachkov has been held incommunicado since his detention. It is also unknown on what grounds he has been deprived of his liberty for almost three years.
