Prykhodko Oleh Arkadiyovych

Prykhodko Oleh Arkadiyovych, born November 21, 1958, citizen of Ukraine, resident of the Saksky district of Crimea, blacksmith, political activist, opponent of the Russian annexation of the peninsula.

On March 3, 2021, he was sentenced under Part 1 of Art. 30, Part 1 of Art. 205 ("Preparation for a terrorist act"), Part 1 of Art. 223.1 ("Manufacturing an explosive device"), Part 3 of Art. 30, Part 1 of Art. 223.1 ("Attempted manufacture of an explosive device") and Part 1 of Art. 222.1 ("Acquisition and storage of explosives") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 5 years in a strict regime penal colony with the first year served in prison. Taking into account the sentence handed down on April 1, 2022 under Part 1 of Art. 297 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Disrespect for the court, expressed in insulting the participants in the trial"), the final sentence was 5 years and 1 month of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony with the first year served in prison.

On November 8, 2023, he was sentenced under Part 1 of Article 354.1 ("Rehabilitation of Nazism") and Part 1 of Article 205.2 ("Public calls for terrorist activity") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 4 years and 6 months in a strict regime penal colony. On January 22, 2024, the appellate court reduced the term of imprisonment by 1 month - to 4 years and 5 months in a strict regime penal colony.
