Prikazchikov Andrei Anatolievich, born June 23, 1963, lived in Orenburg, pensioner, major of the FSB border troops in reserve. Veteran of military operations on the border of Tajikistan with Afghanistan, awarded the Order "For Military Merit" and the medal "For Courage", leader of the unregistered Russian party "Derzhava", was the leader of the Orenburg Union of Defenders of the Fatherland "Derzhava", the founder and director of the "Orenburg People's Museum of Defenders of the Fatherland".

On February 8, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 1 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation") and Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code ("Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation") to a fine of 250 thousand roubles. On April 16, 2024, the appellate court re-qualified the charge to paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the RF Armed Forces motivated by political hatred"), replacing the fine with 3 years of compulsory work, and under Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, imposed a fine of 100,000 roubles.
