Prilepa Anatoly Nikolaevich, born on July 31, 1980, is a Russian citizen and a resident of Krasnodar.
On September 25, 2025, he was convicted under Part 1 of Article 30 and Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code (“Preparation for participation in the activities of a terrorist organization”) and under Part 1 of Article 30 and Article 275 of the Russian Criminal Code (“Preparation for high treason — defection to the enemy”) and sentenced to 9 years of imprisonment, with the first three years to be served in prison and the remainder in a strict-regime correctional colony.
