Rakhmonkhodjaev Zikrullokhon Faizullokhodjaevich, born October 2, 1975 in Tajikistan, lived there, citizen of Tajikistan, member of the banned organisation Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami.
Found guilty under Part 2 of Article 282.2 ("Participation in the activities of an extremist organisation"), Part 1 of Article 30, Article 278 ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power or change of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation"), Part 1 of Article 222 ("Illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or carrying of firearms, their main parts, ammunition") of the Russian Criminal Code. Sentenced to 7 years in a strict regime penal colony and a fine of 50 thousand rubles.
On charges of participating in the activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir, he was found guilty in a penal colony on December 13, 2018, under Part 2 of Article. 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Participation in the activities of an extremist organisation") and sentenced to 14 years and 6 months in a special regime penal colony.
Presumably in July 2025, he was sentenced to 16 years and 6 months in a special-regime penal colony. The charges and details of the new case remain unknown.
