Reshetnichenko Daniil Konstantinovich, born March 19, 2002, citizen of Ukraine, since March 18, 2014 citizen of Russia, resident of the Crimean city of Saki, worked as a foreman. On June 16, 2023, under Part 1 of Article 205.2 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Public calls for terrorist activity, public justification and propaganda of terrorism"), he was sentenced to 2 years in a penal colony. He was detained on June 10, 2020, from June 13, 2020 to February 6, 2021 he was under house arrest and a ban on certain actions, was under a written undertaking not to leave until the sentence comes into force on November 6, 2024.
