Rizakhanov Asret Magomedovich, born May 19, 1986, native of the village of Kushtil, Republic of Dagestan. Worked as a salesman at a construction market in Odintsovo.
Sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony and restriction of freedom for 1.5 years under Part 1 of Article 30 and paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Preparation for a terrorist act by a group of persons by prior conspiracy") and two episodes of Part 2 of Article 222 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Illegal storage of ammunition and explosive devices by a group of persons by prior conspiracy").
Found guilty by the verdict of the Moscow District Military Court on March 10, 2016, effectively deprived of freedom since May 7, 2014.
