Rizakhanov Ildarhan Magomedovich
Rizakhanov Ildarhan Magomedovich, born July 1, 1990, was a native of the village of Kushtil in the Republic of Dagestan. He worked as a driver in Makhachkala and came to Moscow Oblast to look for a doctor for his son. He was sentenced to 14 years' imprisonment in a maximum-security penal colony and 1 year's restriction of freedom under Part 1 of Article 30 and Subparagraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, Part 2 of Article 223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and Part 2 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. He was found guilty by the Moscow District Military Court on March 10, 2016, and has been effectively deprived of his liberty since May 7, 2014. He died of cancer in February 2021.
