Rogozin Valery Anatolievich, born March 25, 1962, lived in Volgograd, design engineer.
Under Part 1 of Article 282.2 ("Organisation of the activities of an extremist organisation") and Part 1 of Article 282.3 of the Russian Criminal Code (financing of extremist activities) in connection with membership in the community of Jehovah's Witnesses banned in Russia, he was sentenced to 6 years and 5 months in prison.
He was in custody from May 16 to December 26, 2019, when he was released under a ban on certain actions. On September 23, 2021, he was taken into custody again.
