Rouz Richard Richardovich, born July 28, 1985, resident of Kirov. Bus driver, photographer, civil activist. Higher education. Has a minor son. Married to Maria Rose. On September 22, 2023, on charges of committing crimes under paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Dissemination of false information about the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation motivated by hatred or enmity") and Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public calls for terrorism using the Internet"), he was sentenced by the Central District Military Court in Yekaterinburg to 8 years in a general regime penal colony. The appellate court upheld the sentence.
Deprived of liberty since April 14, 2022.
