Aleksandr Ryakov, a resident of Arkhangelsk, was charged under the article concerning financing the activities of an extremist organisation for transferring 3,500 roubles to the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) and sentenced to a 340,000-rouble fine.
The court credited the time Ryakov had spent in custody from 26 to 27 June 2025 and under house arrest from 28 June to 20 October 2025, and reduced the fine to 240,000 roubles. The sentence was not appealed.
