Sakada Vladimir Fyodorovich, born October 4, 1970, lived in Sevastopol, builder. Sentenced to 6 years in a general regime penal colony on charges of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Organizing the activities of an extremist organisation") in connection with membership in a community of Jehovah's Witnesses, banned in Russia. The appellate court upheld the sentence. He was in custody from October 1, 2020 to March 23, 2021, when he was released under house arrest. He was taken into custody again on October 6, 2022.
