Seidaliev Nasrulla Muzafarovich, born April 29, 1959, citizen of Ukraine (recognized as a citizen of the Russian Federation in the pre-trial detention center), Crimean Tatar. Since 2016, he lived mainly in the village of Partizany, Kherson region of Ukraine, often came to visit his son in the village of Stroganovka in Crimea, where he was registered. Married. Higher education, worked as a driver, was engaged in subsidiary farming. He was deputy chairman of the Kherson regional Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people.

The court, on charges of a crime under Part 2 of Article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("... Participation on the territory of a foreign state in an armed formation not provided for by the legislation of this state, for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation"), sentenced him to 9 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony. In May 2023, the appellate court upheld the sentence.
