Shakursky Ilia Aleksandrovich, born April 10, 1996, anti-fascist and left-wing activist from Penza, student of the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics and Natural Sciences of the Pedagogical Institute named after V.G. Belinsky of Penza State University.

Sentenced to 16 years in a strict regime penal colony, a fine of 50,000 roubles and restriction of freedom for a term of 1.5 years on charges of committing crimes under Part 1 of Article 205.4 ("Creation of a terrorist community", liable to up to life imprisonment), Part 1 of Article 222 ("Illegal possession of weapons and ammunition", liable to up to 4 years' imprisonment), Part 1 of Article 222.1 ("Illegal possession of explosives", liable to up to 5 years' imprisonment) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

In custody since October 18, 2017. On April 27, 2021, the Supreme Court rejected the appeal against the verdict.
